Kimberley Lutz Madden began exploring yoga over 20 years ago, and in 2017 became a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher through Radiance in Alexandria, VA. After studying many forms of yoga, she was drawn most to the lasting effects that Kundalini Yoga provides. Kimberley believes that Kundalini yoga teaches you how to activate your own intuition, clear your own chakras, and heal yourself. It is a very empowering practice that puts you in the drivers seat of your own life. Your mental capacity expands and your emotional state is strong and stable with this type of yoga which combines yogic exercises called Kriya’s, Mantras, mudras and meditation.

Wendy
Grow Yoga Manager & RYT-200 Yoga Teacher
Wendy began practicing Yoga & Meditation in 2011 after suffering from many years of anxiety and depression. This journey led her to become a certified Yoga teacher in Nov. 2017. She is quick witted and has a passion for spreading love and laughter. Her deepest desire is to spread as much love as possible and help others find their own self love and confidence. Wendy believes that Yoga and Meditation is the path to discovering our highest selves, our inner warrior and living a life of joy. She practices and teaches the traditions of yoga but with a twist. Her wild and rebellious nature allows her to have a sense of humor and lightheartedness in her classes. Laughter is a must.
Shaina
RYT-500 Yoga Teacher & Doula
Shaina is an island native, born and raised in the heart of the Florida Keys. She considers herself to be a perpetual student of life. She loves to travel the world seeking new opportunities to learn, grow, and develop. Her latest adventure was a year long sabbatical from teaching elementary school to explore the world. She traveled all over Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and South America.This journey has led her here to explore the possibilities of a new career path in providing Doula services as well as devoting more time to teaching yoga.
Mercedes
RYT-500 Yoga Teacher
Mercedes found yoga in 2008 after developing a meditation practice and studying spirituality and mysticism at St. John’s University. The combination of yoga postures and meditation made her feel strong, grounded and joyful. This inspired her to share the practice with others. Mercedes graduated from her 200-hour teacher training, Immersion into the Yoga Tradition, in 2013, studying under Lynn Matthews. She completed her 300-hour training with this program at Anne Arundel Community College in 2016. Mercedes is also certified in the Amrit method of yoga nidra. She studied with Kamini Desai, PhD, in 2013, completed advanced yoga nidra training in 2017, and facilitator training in 2018. Mercedes truly believes that yoga has the power to change your life in the most beautiful and surprising ways and she’s ready to show you how!

Yoga Mix: A holistic blend of yoga styles to release stress and tension, to strengthen the muscles, align the spine, and relax the mind and body.
Morning Yoga: Wake up with a unique blend of breathwork and asanas to wake up and energize the body for a blissful day.
Courtney
RYT-200 Yoga Teacher
Courtney found yoga amidst the chaos in her life in 2017. Her practice provides a place of peace that quiets her mind, strengthens her body, and allows acceptance of all the perfectly imperfect pieces that makes her unique. Her journey progressed in 2018 when she became a graduate of Evolve Yoga + Wellness Interdisciplinary 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and Yin Teacher Training in 2020. She brings to the experience of yoga, meditation, and breath by weaving the balance of peace and chaos together through acceptance of where you are in that moment. Courtney creates a safe, nurturing experience for all to show up as perfectly imperfect pieces of energy with infinite potential and possibility.
Dawn
RYT-200 Yoga Teacher
Dawn began her yoga journey 7 years ago, in order to relieve the daily stress of being a single parent, and an elementary school special education teacher. After experiencing the positive impact yoga has had on her own life, she wanted to share this with others. Dawn began her journey towards her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019, through ‘Breathe For Change’, and has continued to work towards her 95 hour children’s yoga teacher certification due to complete in August 2020. Over the past few years Dawn has noticed that yoga and mindfulness has had a positive effect on her student’s academic, social emotional learning, and focus which has made their learning experience more positive and fun.
